Participation Guidelines

As a brief orientation session, a day before the retreat we get together in the evening.

It is recommended to arrive a day prior, or at the latest on the day of commencement of the retreat.

Participants can clear any remaining fees for the retreat during this time frame.

Full fee payment once made, will not be refunded. However, it could be adjusted towards future retreats.

It is important to follow the Ashram rules pertaining to the courses conducted inside the ashram.

It is our humble request to respect meal timings and appropriate attire.

The food is nourishingly Satvic {Vegetarian}

Usage of drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. We wish to create a healthy and respectful environment.
Things to note
Room & Valuables:
If you are sharing a room, please share the key with your roommate.
Rooms should be left unlocked during daily cleaning time (timings will be communicated later).
If you bring valuables, please lock them inside your suitcase.

Toiletries & Towels:
Bring personal towels for all naturopathy activities.
Resort white towels should not be soiled or oiled.
The resort provides only basic toiletries (soap and shampoo).
Please bring your own personal toiletries, as there are no shops nearby. Complete your shopping beforehand.

Laundry:
One free washing machine load is available (once a full load is collected).
Paid laundry service is available at additional cost (one-day delivery).

Health & Safety:
A basic first aid kit is available.
Please bring any personal medication you require.

Facilities:
All rooms have attached washrooms with hot water.
Common washrooms are available next to the dining area.

Connectivity:
Basic Wi-Fi is available (suitable for WhatsApp calls).
Jio mobile network is available in the area.

Who is the Yoga teacher and what is his/her experience?
- Shri Nitin Ananta is a certified yoga teacher who has been teaching both in India and internationally -
I'm a beginner. Can I do this retreat?
- Yes, this retreat is designed for all types: beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga practitioners. -
How many students can be accommodated?
-A maximum of 25 students will be accommodated on a first-come-first-serve basis. -
Where is this retreat happening and what are the COVID-19 conditions there?
-There are no COVID-19 cases in and around the area due to the secluded nature of our surroundings. -
Is it a WIFI enabled zone? What are the other available facilities, including food & accommodation?
- Internet access is available throughout cellular networks along with wifi connection but it will not for heavy software uploading work. Yes you can do video/audio calls and internet surfing with this network. -
Is my fee refundable if I cancel my booking?
- No. However, it can be adjusted with the upcoming similar retreats in the near future. -
Can I extend my stay after this retreat?
- No, for this retreat as we don't have any day left in the whole October month. We are hosting back to back yoga retreats in the month. -
What kind of Yoga style will be taught in the classes?
-The retreat is designed to give you a taste and blend of Iyengar & Hatha Yoga. We feel that the essence of all yoga styles do lead one to the same fundamental source and experience. -
Are you conducting any other yoga retreat apart from this retreat?
-Yes, this retreat will be followed by another one in Rishikesh in October 2026. -
What are the things to keep in mind according to the climatic conditions?
-Warm clothing is recommended as the climate is cold. You'll also need a hand towel for Yoga classes, a flashlight, water bottles etc.
